RICS Project of the Year 2012. The project comprised of the demolition of the existing Salisbury Hotel PH and construction of a mixed-use development including rugby club, bar, offices, restaurant, kitchens, multi-purpose hall, gymnasium and 20-bed hotel to serve as a community facility for the Rhondda catchment.

The scope of services provided by RVW Consulting included design of all substructures and superstructure, drainage, external works, including retaining walls, steps and car parking areas.
