The project comprised of the construction of a retail store shell for Client fit-out, together with associated car parking, access roads, landscaping and boundary treatments on a former petrol filling station site in Newport.

The scope of services provided by RVW Consulting included design of all substructures and superstructure, drainage, external works, including boundary walls and car parking areas.

The project was delivered under a design and build contract.
