This six storey building is of concrete framed construction utilising a flat slab design for the floor plates. Transfer systems are included at first floor to provide for an open environment in the public spaces at ground floor.

The foundation design utilises CFA piling and extensive sheet piling to facilitate basement construction on the restricted site.

The project also included surface water attenuation design in line with the requirements of Dwr Cymru Welsh Water.
