The project comprised of the construction of a 36 unit extra care facility for the local health board within a mixed tenure residential development of 100 new homes for the local authority housing association.

The scheme has been designed to BREEAM rating very good and is the first of a new range of facilities to provide care facilities within mixed tenure and flexible occupancy housing stock.

The scope of services provided by RVW Consulting Limited included design of all substructures and superstructure, drainage and external works.
