Oppidan (Cardiff) Limited were successful in securing planning consent for the construction of 23 residential units within a four-storey block at Sachville Avenue, Cardiff.

The project works designed by RVW Consulting comprised of parking areas, improved entrance works, existing highway modifications (via a S278 Agreement), adoptable highway and domestic drainage systems.

The scope of services provided by RVW Consulting included the production of all necessary civil specifications and working and S278 Agreement drawings to enable the implementation of the Civil Contract Works.

The project was delivered under a traditional contract.
