As part of their commitment to the provision of affordable housing stock within the Bridgend area, V2C Housing Association secured WAG funding for new family housing units at North Cornelly.

The project comprised the construction of nine two-storey houses on an infill site at Plumley Close, North Cornelly, together with access roads, car parking and new highway access.

The scope of services provided by RVW Consulting included design of all substructures and superstructure, drainage, external works including car parking areas. The design also included the preparation of technical drawings for inclusion within the Section 38 Agreement for the new adoptable highways.

The project was delivered under a design and build contract and completed on time and to budget.
