This three to four storey office development utilised a reinforced concrete structure and flat slab design approach

The upper storey is constructed using steelwork which allows the elevational line and treatment to be different.

The whole of the basement level provides the car parking and the concrete staircase and lift cores extending down to ground to provide the buildings stability.

Ground conditions dictated that a piled foundation was adopted and CFA piles were specified due to the proximity of road and rail.
