The project comprises of the construction of a bespoke design mortuary and pathology unit at Glan Clwyd Hospital for the Betsi Cadwaladr UHB, as part of the strategic development of the hospital site.

The works include a new two-storey mortuary and pathology unit, together with associated access roads, car parking areas, drainage, and hard and soft landscaping.

The scope of services provided by RVW Consulting included design of the substructure and superstructure elements using BIM, drainage, external works using 3D ground modelling and drainage software. The project was successfully completed during Summer 2013.
