As part of their commitment to the provision of sheltered housing stock within the Bridgend area, V2C Housing Association secured WAG funding for new sheltered housing units at Pyle.

The project comprised of the construction of four bungalow units on a garage infill site at Ffordd-y-Mynach, Pyle, together with access roads, car parking and modified highway access.

The scope of services provided by RVW Consulting included design of all substructures and superstructure, drainage, external works including car parking areas.

The project was delivered under a design and build contract and completed on time and to budget.
