The major landmark building, Faraday Tower in Swansea, required re-cladding whilst still remaining operational.

The re-cladding of this seven storey concrete framed structure utilised existing mullions which enabled the building to remain operational throughout the works.

The integrity of mullion fixings were checked and upgraded during the course of the works.

The completed landmark building is lit at night and visible on the Swansea skyline.
