The project comprised of the construction of a retail development in Cirencester for Consolidated Property Group as part of a brownfield site redevelopment.

The works include the construction of seven retail and food units together with associated access roads, car parking areas, service yards, drainage and hard and soft landscaping.

The scope of services provided by RVW Consulting include design of the substructure and superstructure elements, drainage and external works using 3D ground modelling and drainage software.

The project was delivered under a design and build contract.
