A large landmark building along the renowned Century Wharf Development on the banks of the river Taff between Cardiff City Centre and Cardiff Bay.

The development consists of a 14 storey reinforced concrete flat slab structure incorporating residential apartments with undercroft parking and a steel framed penthouse to the upper floors.

For thermal efficiency, the cantilevered concrete balconies are thermally separated from the building using the patented shock isokorb system.
