A large landmark building along the renowned Century Wharf Development on the banks of the river Taff between Cardiff City Centre and Cardiff Bay.

The development consists of a 14 storey reinforced concrete flat slab structure incorporating residential apartments with undercroft parking and a steel framed penthouse to the upper floors.

For thermal efficiency, the cantilevered concrete balconies are thermally separated from the building using the patented shock isokorb system.

  • Six phases of work over eight years.
  • Multi-storey residential apartments up to 14 storeys high.
  • Standardised concrete flat slab construction with no downstand beams and good acoustic and thermal mass properties.
  • Standardised balcony fixing systems provided attractive continuity and efficiencies of scale.
