Work has commenced on site of a regeneration project of Neath town centre.

RVW Consulting Limited are pleased to announce the commencement on site of a regeneration project at Neath. The Contractor, Kier Construction, has commenced site-works to construct a 600 space multi-storey car park providing a spacious and secure facility for people using the town centre. A 24,000 square-foot retail unit will be built alongside the multi-storey car park.

This first phase of the town centre redevelopment is funded by the Regeneration Investment Fund for Wales (RIFW).

A spokesman for Neath Port Talbot Council said the vision for Neath is to create an attractive, vibrant and competitive town that meets the needs of businesses, shoppers and visitors, whilst retaining its market town character.

The scope of services provided by RVW Consulting Limited include design of the substructure and superstructure elements, and drainage, and external works using 3D ground modelling and drainage software.
