Designed For Life 9th May 2006 Despite significant competition Laing O'Rourke have been chosen as one of three National Contractors to work with the Welsh Assembly Government on the Designed For Life Health Project. RVW Consulting have been chosen by Laings to provide Civil and Structural Engineering services.
